I have to have a RCS in a couple weeks and my docs have not mentioned when to call or come in if I start having contractions, ect. I really, really do not want an emergency CS again due to severe complications from the first and have been told by my old docs that this needed to be avoided. But new docs don't seemed to be as concerned (probably b/c my old CS charts pretty much lied about the severity of the situation)...
Anyways, I go back to the doc this week and will ask her but just curious in the meantime since I've been having a lot of pain, contractions, pressure though nothing seems to be regular (that I know of).
Thanks!
Re: going into labor early?
I would, in doubt, call if you aren't feeling right. I had my c/s scheduled, but ended up being admitted because of contractions. While the contractions didn't progress, my blood pressure went sky high. I convinced them to let me go home on bed rest since the baby was fine and come back a day later when my dr. could do my c/s. I hated the on call dr. and really refused to have anyone do my surgery other than my dr.
