Soap nut question

So, I am thinking of using soap nuts for baby's cloths and CD's. It says not to use it on HE front loaders. Is this true? Can I still use them for my front loader? Thanks!

When I do CD laundry at my mother's house I use soap nut liquid in her HE machine. I get mine from EcoNuts. It works fantastic.

 I have used the soap nuts in the HE machine before (we have a top loader at my house) and I think it works fine but the liquid works better. You have to tell the machine to add water and wash on high spin. I didn't have any problems. I don't see why you couldnt use the nuts in an HE machine, but look into the liquid.

I use soap nuts in my front loading HE macchine and they work just fine.
