Anyone successfully print Stride Rite sizing chart?

I tried printing it but just plain old printing it doesn't print it to the right scale. I fixed it so that the printer doesn't auto scale it to fit the page, but then I lose the bottom part of the measurement chart and the whole ruler to measure width.

HELP!?

Nevermind, finally figured it out! Ugh! Had to print without borders!

ya, I think I'm gonna bring her in too...it's saying she's a size 4, but I have her in size 3 and thought they fit fine still. I already have shoes in the next size, so I'm hoping they'll measure her even though I don't plan on buying anything.
