Coralie: sweet. But I think Esme and Cora would be a great sibset ? different, but symmetrical.

Mirabelle: also very sweet. Almost too sweet. Esme is such a perfect combo of sweet/spunky/strong ? I think just Mira would be a better match.

Adelheide: I really like this name, with whatever spelling. Family is a big + and I think it definitely pulls Esme in the "strong" direction. 

Roux: A roux is the flour/water mixture used in French cooking. I couldn't get past that. Maybe Rue, like Rue McClanahan/Hunger Games/plant.

August: love. Also love nn Gus.

Forrester: meh.

Tobias: love. Also love nn Toby.

George: a classic ? a bit staid, but perfectly useable

 

I would choose:

August Michael

Tobias Jude

Adelheide Jane

Cora/Mira Josephine

It also means red head, and is a last name.

I like them all except for Adelheide, George, and Roux.
