10 month old twins changing sleeping routine

My 10 month old twins for the past six months consistently went to bed around 830 every night. We started their bed time routine around three months and have been doing the same routine: bath time, story time, top off and then they fell alseep. For the past week they are still so active and do not want to get in their cribs at 830pm. We have put them in and they just stand up and scream together.

I am not sure what changed but I am at my whits end trying to figure out what to do. Any one else have this problem?
