Ooh, I'm going to blog about it. They always look through those too. I got a response from my credit union when I wrote them an open letter.
::off to type::
Go fill up their twitter feed y'all!
Maybe enough bad press will give them the nudge they need.

Way to go, Ladies!
I'd do it, too, but I'm fairly twitter illiterate. I have an account, but use it mostly to follow major new events as they are happening (I started it during the Egyptian revolution, when it was the only way to get info). I have barely ever posted anything, and have no idea how to get someone to see it. If someone can tell me what to write and how best to tag/post it, I'll do it, too.
I wrote something like "apparently americanair charges..." to get the tag in
BFP #1 9/7/10, EDD 5/14/11, Violet born 5/27/11.
BFP #2 4/9/12, EDD 12/16/12, M/C Rory 4/24/12.
BFP #3 10/6/12, EDD 6/16/12., Matilda born 6/17/13.
TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
I'm at twitter.com/basketkacey

I'm not on twitter, just wanted to say this whole thread is awesome.
TTC since March 2010, BFP #1 11.09.10, ectopic, m/c 12.14.10 (10w)
Clomid + TI=BFN, IUIs 1-6= BFN
Application for domestic adoption submitted 4/18/12, matched 8/12/12, DD born 10/31/12
Such a weak response. Way to go ladies on Twitter.
