Facebook group drama

There is some major drama on the June 2011 Moms Facebook page!  I never post over there just occasionally lurk.  Anybody know more about it?

haha i just noticed that. I hadn't clicked on that group since probably july of last year, but got a notification that it changed to secret so I poked my nose in. Looks like some craziness!

From what I gathered someone with admin access is deleting people but they can't figure out who is doing it. I don't think many if the regulars on FB are regulars on here...maybe one or two. I lurk over there a few times a week and noticed tensions were rising.

I dont recognize anyone, the moderator isn't even the same. I think it has changed quite a bit since it first started.

Then I checked it out.

And I'll probably never really look at it again, lol

I never joined.  My sister has an awesome FB group for her month board, she pretty much exclusively posts on FB now (much easier than TB from her phone).  At one point I wanted to join, but most of the people here said they aren't members so I just stuck with TB.

I had joined, but then they were letting so many random people on that weren't even a part of the bump. I felt like only a few people were over there & only recognized a couple. I had it for a few months & then deleted it.

I used to be strictly TB and then found it easier to be on FB and love it!! So I'm an original Bumper : hahah
As for what's going on.... I guess the weeding out of the drama will be happening!

I never joined because I heard that there was all these random people there and I really didn't want my last name being related to my bump name back then.

I never joined bc I had read on here that there were quite a few women on there that didn't even know what the bump was they just had a June baby and randomly joined. If there was a FB group for all of us bumpies that participate on here and not random people, I would definitely join.

I posted over there until about a month ago. I was pretty much told I wasn't welcome there anymore because they weren't very open to my no nonsense, tell it like it is attitude. I decided to leave the group. It's a shame that a bunch of grown women can't have a debate/conversation/some judging with having a conniption.

But whatever, I was only there because some of the early June Bumpies still posted and I liked seeing how they were doing. Now I just keep those of you I want to keep up with personally on my FB page.

Oh and I believe a lost a few bumpie friends over that debacle on the June FB page. But whatevs!

ETA: can you tell I am still a little sour over the whole thing?

I don't think you lost any regular bumpie friends...do you really think? I hope not! 

I don't think they were regulars anymore but were once upon a time because they were on my friends list. But I still have problems recognizing some people on here vs their fb page.

Do be fair, I was a bit harsh in my judgement of a mother who forward faced her 8 month old because the baby liked to look out the window. But like I said whatever, it's over with.
