Apparently, I am a gyno hypochondriac too...according to my OBGYN and her subtle snarky emails.  I simply asked my OBGYN for an appt to accommodate an exam and pap and she said I didn't need a pap since I had one withine last two years. 

Well, I do need one.  Not that I want one, but my new clinic is requiring a pap within a year of my cycle start date.  My OBGYN replied that she doubts that is correct and she will schedule me for just the exam. 

What the heck?!  Do you think I want another pap test?!  I replied that I confirmed with my RE in CO - per her request - and yes, I need another pap.  Just schedule it already and pencil me in as "the crazy lady who likes pap tests" for all I care!

13R. We have 3 CCS Normal Embryos!

Long awaited FET on 9/3. 2TFR'ed.
BFP on FRER 5dp5dt: IN SHOCK!
Beta1 9/10: 152.7! Beta2 9/12: 378! Beta3 9/14: 1224! 

1st ultrasound 10/1: TWO beautiful heartbeats!  Overjoyed!

    LOL! I  know we I F girls have people up in our junk all. The. Time. But it doesn't mean we enjoy it or do it unnecessarily. I do feel like they have a crazy likes people in her junk flag in my file! As for your OB, I would be pissed if she questioned what another doctor ordered. Why would you make that up???

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome

    I was and I am - still pissed!  Her tone was flat out rude and it makes me want to complain and find a new OBGYN.  My lady parts have had enough on the IF front - they don't need to be questioned at this point about what they do and don't need!  Just so unprofessional to question something like that.

    Any OB that knows you are going through fertility treatments should know that an RE will require you to have had a pap, and STD b/w within 12 months. I feel like that's common practice at any fertility center! Sorry she was rude!
