Sharing room?

DD1 just turned 2 and is still in her crib.  DD2 is 10 weeks and wakes 2-3x a night and usually goes to bed prior to DD2.  If we had a 3 bedroom place DD2 would be in her own room now!  When did you put both kids in the same room? Did #2 wake #1?    DD1 is such a good sleeper and wakes about 7 but will play in her crib for an hour until we get her, and I soooooo don't want to ruin that!!

I know what you mean. DS1 is such a good sleeper and he can lounge around in the crib for a while. My plan is to keep DS2 in the bassinet in our room until hes around 4 months or when he sleeps through the night. I might keep DS1 in the crib for a while longer since he has never attempted to climb out.  I will borrow my nephews crib for DS2 since my brother has it in storage.
