Not Lynn, because they run together.  Arlene feels awkward with it.  I favor Isabelle Karen, mostly because it feels like every third kid has the middle name Grace.  It got old as a kid - it seemed like 2 out of 3 girls my age had my first or middle name for their middle name, or had a sister with one of my names.  Might not be bothersome if only the middle name was that standard, though.

I prefer Frederick (nn Fred or Fritz) to just Fred.  Frederick Cameron sounds nice.

Isabelle is a lovely name -- be aware of it's popularity, though.  I'd use Karen.  It's uncommon these days and lovely.

This exactly. Isabella Grace has to be the most common name condo out there. If you don't mind it's popularity go for it, it sounds lovely.  My favorite is Karen though. It's classic, and uncommon.
