Some sleep advice please!

Since Friday, DD will not fall asleep on her on. She has been so good about having us rock her for about 10 minutes, and then we put her in her crib and she goes to sleep. Now she will only fall asleep on one of us, but as soon as we put her in her crib she wakes up and starts screaming more. On top of that, she wakes multiple times a night and will only fall back asleep if she is in bed with us and nursing- I know she isn't getting much milk so it must be a comfort thing. What gives? Teething? Anyone else going through this?

  • We are having the same problem, only I think it is a cold that is affecting LO.  He has had such a hard time falling asleep for the past few days.  While he was noticeably sick I didn't mind rocking him to sleep and letting him sleep with us for a few hours so he was propped up to breathe.  Now he is getting better, but he is still fighting sleep big time.  Actually, as I type this he is whining and crying in his crib.  I had to step away after my 4th "check" on him tonight.  Luckily he is winding down now. I feel like it is going to take a few days of re- training to get him back to normal.
