3 1/2 Year old daughter is starting to misbehave

My 3 1/2 year old daughter is starting to misbehave. She has pretty much been an angel up until the past 3 months. We moved due to seperation so I'm not sure if that is why, seeing as how she was used to having both mommy and daddy around and now its one or the other. It's the little things that are bothersome. Not listening, running ahead of me in parking lots and not coming back when i go after her, not listening when i say stop, not eating, whinning over nothing, just basically ignoring me when i tell her to do something. How do i get her to listen again and behave?

It does sound like normal 3.5 year old behavior.  Just be consistent with discipline.  DS has been that way since he turned 3.  He's getting better now, but he still has his days.

I don't know. Tell me if you figure it out! Sounds like my 3.5 year old, except for the "angel up until the past 3 months" part. Ours started before that. Maybe shortly after turning 3.

I'm in the same boat.  DD turned 3 in May and has begun to show a very different personality in the last couple of weeks.  She can be defiant and demanding and just overall a challenge to deal with.  I'm so new to this and I really can't give you much advice.  I am learning that I have to keep calm...if I lose my patience, her behavior only gets worse.  I am working on creating some type of rewards chart for naptime and bedtime--these are times when she fights me the most and is most defiant.  She did well with charts for potty-training so I am hoping it will work as well for these behavioral issues.  GL!
