It's honestly all in good fun.  I respond to everyone on this board indiscriminately.

I think it is awesome when people find things in common or a joke that is funny between them. No harm is done by it. I think if people are offended by this, they need to get their panties out of a wad.

FTR, when I said "vaguely annoyed" I meant it. I'm not offended, "butthurt" or otherwise bothered. It's just like, not my favorite as my littlest sister would say. I don't understand it, but I don't feel left out or excluded. It seems based on the poll that a lot of others feel the same. But I don't want to rain on anyone's fun, and I certainly don't believe in telling other people how to Internet.

Cliques are a part of social situations and groups. They are unavoidable. People get along with certain people better than they do others. Big deal. I am a teacher, and I have a clique of teachers I prefer at work. When I was in my marathon group, I had a clique there too. I think it is a natural, normal aspect of the social setting. End of story. Period. Just fartin'.

I think it may have been my fault that it turned into a thread when I mentioned the word "clique." I wasn't commenting yesterday because I was butthurt or anything, just that I wish I posted enough or whatever to be as close as you ladies seem. FTR, I voted SS in this poll because it doesn't bother me that people are in "cliques," but I try to post more clever/interesting things so people will love meeeeee! lol

Oh yeah, and in case anyone was wondering, it definitely wasn't me who posted this poll.

THIS! Plus some girls are on more often than others and at different times so I think it's only natural for them to talk more often.

Yeah, I went back and proofread what I wrote after I posted.  I put "their" instead of "they're" and some commas could have been rethought, etc.  I was typing one handed though.  I'm not the troll BTW.  I'm not sure I could type THAT bad.

If this is because of the unicorn sigs and others from the other night, I wish you would go back and read the late night posts that spawned it. It wasn't meant to form a clique and we were just being silly and having a bit of fun ( which for me was needed at the time- I was home alone and sad about a very sick baby). In fact, we were discussing how we didn't fit in with certain mom groups because we weren't " enough " of a parenting style/ lifestyle. Then the convo turned to unicorns and My Little Pony. I feel bad if anyone feels excluded, but that was certainly not the intention of anyone...

Ss, I don't care...  I like everyone on here (literally not one person gets under my skin, though we have our disagreements). I love my real life friends.  I've never felt "left out" here and Im generally never jealous if cliques in real life either (unless they are having extreme fun, non stop, then I want to have extreme fun too!).
