***Tuesday Check In***

Happy TUESDAY sweet mommy's!!!

 I sucked so bad last week! Ha ha! I didnt do any workout or anything! However, I did jump on a scale and was super happy to see that I had lost weight!

This week I am back to hitting the gym on my lunch hour with my lovely P90X Dvd's. I actually miss the burn and feeling physically healthy.

What are your goals this week?

    Lost weight and didnt do anything? Way to go, Sparks!

    I'm down 1.5 lbs. Goal is to run everyday and no fast food this week!

    I'm not exercising or dieting but I am back to work teaching. I think I've lost 2 lbs but more importantly, I fit into a pair of pre preggo jeans!!!! Not my 6's yet but the one pair of 8's fit! Woohoo!

    i haven't lost anymore weight. but I have been eating healthier. Started going to gym during lunch hour last wednesday, and went thur and fri, it felt good. Weekends I didn't do any hard core work outs but we went for long walks. Work has been absolutely busy yesterday and today, so I didn't have time to hit the gym. But definitely going tomorrow and rest of the week!
