What does "mugga mugga" mean??

My just turned 3 yr old has been running around the house for 3 days yelling this and laughing. I ask him where he heard it and he says he doesn't know. Its not on any of the shows he watches at home and its driving me crazy not knowing.

I think it's from Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, the new Mister Roger's animated spinoff. "Ugga Mugga," is how his parents say "I love you."
