Does anybody know of a lab in Austin or RR or area that I can have this test drawn at?  My OB has given me the paperwork but I can't find a lab that will do it.

Did your OB not tell you where to go?  I find it odd they asked you to take a test but didn't tell you where to go.  I would ask them first.
