How do I go about finding out if my district has a good special ed program?  We are in a great school district.  After all, it's why we moved here.  BUT, special ed take on a whole other part and my first son didn't need the services.  My younger does and will be placed in special ed.  How do I find this out.  Sorry to sound so dumb!!  Thanks!
