definitely keep up on the water intake, i notice i get them more when I dont drink enough. but mine started at 16 weeks in full force so its totally possible for you to be experiencing them.

I have been having them for a couple weeks. They are not regular at all but I probably get a couple or so every day. I had the same experience when I was pregnant with my son (my first) I just didn't know what they were for awhile. This time I know.
Mine started super early this pregnancy. I attribute it partially to it being multiples, but also to it being my 3rd pregnancy.
In addition to finding I have more when I don't drink enough... I also find that if my bladder is full, I feel them a lot stronger. So try emptying your bladder if they wake you up like that again.
Yup, the exact same thing happened to me. My BH started at 14w6d and were a daily and constant (2-3 per hour and the further along I got, sometimes as many as 8 -10 an hour) occurrence since.
Unfortunately, mine happen no matter how much laying down I do or how much water I drink (I drink close to 200oz. per day). I was Dx with an irritable uterus which sucks but luckily my contractions never caused any cervical changes. My cervix was still 2.7cm as of last Thursday and was 3.6cm at my check two weeks prior.
PM me if you need any other info or want to talk.

I started getting them around 12w with my twins. My OB said it wasn't possible to feel them that early, I had them starting at 20w with DS1 so I was very familiar with them, that's definitely what I was feeling.
GSx1 - 05/13/2013 GSx2 for T&B - EDD 6/21/2015 - They're having a GIRL!
It's very possible. I actually felt bh for the first time a few weeks ago during an u/s. I actually asked the tech what that feeling was and she said bh and my full bladder plus her pushing was irritating my uterus and causing it. They stopped once I emptied my bladder.
I have felt them a few other times but mainly at night when laying down. I agree with pp, try emptying your bladder and/or changing positions.
