Switching 2yr old to toddler bed...

Anyone have advice on easing the transition?  I need the crib for DS2.  We tried the switch before baby was born - but after about a month of struggles/crying/getting up at night we decided our then-18mo old wasn't ready and put him back in the crib for "peaceful" nights.

Now, DS1 is almost 2 and DS2 is almost 3 mo.  They will be sharing a room (DS1 is still in ours) but am looking for tips on how to ease the transition back to the toddler bed

I'm trying too. Mine WONT get out of my bed. My 7 month old sleeps just fine in her crib but my son will not sleep in his room. He loves to play in their during the day but won't sleep there. I need some good suggestions so I'll be checking back on this one. Somebody help us! lol.
