Flat temps and temp drop = a BFP!

I cannot believe it!
My temps from O- 9DPO were flat, and then at 10DPO it dropped a ton so I figured I was out. I still hadn't gotten my period the next morning and tested. I thought I saw a line, but I wasn't sure, so I didn't mark it as positive, now I know it was.
I wonder if the temp drop could have been the implantation dip?
This morning (12DPO) I tested and didn't see a line within the time period, but saw one like an hour later, so I still marked it as a negative. I still hadn't gotten my period so I tested this afternoon and saw a faint line on a wondfo. So I dipped a digital and sure enough it popped up pregnant.
DH tried to come in when I was getting ready to dip the digital, but I didn't want him to and had locked the door, and when he tried to open it I yelled don't come in. Then I went out and said I'm doing something and I don't want you to laugh at me. He was like uh okay.
After pregnant showed up I went and grabbed the video camera and said "hey do you want to know what I was doing in the bathroom?" and showed him the stick and said do you see that? and he said awesome and we hugged.
I had cramping 5-8dpo and nausea throught the 2ww, but I sometimes get that way randomly.
We hit everyday from cd14 to cd19 when I o'd.
I temped, used opk's ,drank a lot of water and cut back on caffeine.
I had no cm at all this cycle, last cycle was only a tiny bit.
FF says EDD is May 21, by LMP it's May 17, so I'm going to go with the later for now.
I'm cautiously moving over to first try. Thanks for all the help and advice I've gotten over the last several months. I wish the best for all of you!

12-24-2012 : Laparoscopy, Softball sized cyst/endo/scar tissue removed.
Cycle #14 - Feb 2013 : 50mg clomid. Ovidrel Trigger. IUI on 2/14/13 = thin lining, multiple cysts.
