Incision darkening

It has been 4 months since my C/S. At first my incision was fine and seemed to be lightening a little but over the past month the incision has become dark pink in color and itches at times. When I saw the NP for my annual last week she said it was fine. Anyone else had any issues like this and did they resolve?

    my c-section was almost 2 years ago, i can tell you that it has changed so much over 2 years. it gets darker and lighter etc. mine still itches at times. there is nothing wrong. if the NP wasnt worried i am sue youre fine.

    Mine got darker too and it itches randomly. So i guess its normal. Smile

    Mine got darker too, and it was really noticeable - not at all like the tiny silver line I was expecting. Then, at about the 3 year mark, it thinned out and turned silver/white. I have no idea why it took so long to do so.
