I love the what to expect app. Week by week plus day by day an update on how big is baby. LOVE IT!
I like this one as well, its also FREE. I also have the baby center app. WHen I was pregnant with my first I downloaded about 5 apps and these were the only two I kept coming back to.

I love this app. I must be honest I do have 3 others downloaded but what to expect I like the best. I can store OB's info, take belly photos, add appts, gives you update on baby oh and its my favoite color purple

I have Sprout Lite (the free version) on mine, and it has beautiful week-by-week pictures of what your baby looks like with explanations of what's going on. There is a weekly information section, a to-do list, a doctor visit planner, weight tracker, and also a kick counter and contraction timer for later.
I also have the BabyCenter app, but I don't think I like it as much as Sprout, and something called BabyBump, which is pretty good.

I'm using the Baby Bump app and also used it during my first pregnancy. I like that it has a kick counter and contraction counter built in in addition to journal section and weekly/daily updates throughout the pregnancy.
I just paid $3.99 for iPregnancy. It was very highly rated, and the interface is pretty. I'm only six weeks along so I don't have the much data to enter into it, but I like it so far. It has a lot of different menus - reminders, checklists, a contraction timer, a kick counter, names, etc. I could probably spend hours distracting myself with it, just like the Bump.
