Cloth Diapering

Folding Cloth Wipes

I was doing some more prepping this week including my cloth wipes.  Now, granted I have 72 of them and had to fold them all of them at once, but they are kinda of a PITA to fold, even though I'm just folding them in half.

So, do you fold your wipes, or do you store them some other way that doesn't require folding?  Or, maybe just tell me to suck it up and deal b/c it's really not that bad...lol!

Re: Folding Cloth Wipes

  • I just stack 'em up, no need to fold them.

  • I fold my interlocking and put them in an old wipes container so that the next one pops up when I pull one out.  It is a little bit of a PITA, but it's worth it to me because I think they're faster to grab during a diaper change.

  • I just throw them all in a storage basket.
  • I used to fold them in quarters and stack them in an old disposable wipe box, but after it got dumped out one too many times by a wiggly baby I gave up. Now I just toss them all in the box. It's still more or less tidy, and it doesn't bother me if they get messed up by baby anymore. I would say save yourself the 5 minutes of folding and let them roam free.

  • I just fold mine in half and leave them in a stack.  I have no where near 72 though!  If I had that many I might just toss them in a basket or a drawer or something.
