Weightwatchers and BF

I joined WW 3 weeks ago and was loosing weight, yay, but after 2 weeks my supply took a big hit. I jammed my face with sweets yesterday because upping my points did nothing - I was barely able to feed DS. This morning I got 4 extra oz for the first time since I started WW. I guess loosing weight isn't for me until I stop BF. Oh well. DS is worth it. Just thought I'd warn anyone considering it that it could cause problems.

thanks for the post! I am not happy with my current weight, but DD's nourishment comes first. I feel that my body is holding on to calories because of BFing, so be it.

I've been doing WW since my son as 4 weeks (he's 11 now) and have lost 13 pounds. I haven't experienced a drop in supply and that's been with returning to work at 7 weeks and pumping. My doctor did say that milk production has a lot to do with hydration, so I'm sure to drink a ton of water.

I did WW, with the extra nursing points, while nursing DD and think it affected my supply. I didn't notice at the time, b/c DD had always been a quick nurser and was content after meals, but she actually lost weight between her 4 month check and 6 month check  In retrospect I cant help but wonder if it was my diet.

And, just b/c I'm a nerd about this, it's 'losing weight', not 'loosing weight'.

 Yes, spelling is my main concern whilst typing with one hand, nursing and wrangling my husband's mood. Thank you for helping me keep things in perspective. I noticed the mistake right as I posted it, but figured I had better things to focus on.

My apologies. That came out way b**chier than I had intended and now I can't delete it. I got no sleep last night and people correcting spelling is a pet peeve of mine. Please pay no mind to me.
