I need some thoughts or at least to think out loud

This is all wishful thinking. I just got my calendar for a DE cycle and I start Lupron on 9/25. HOwever my last BCP was last sunday. I am supposed to start BCP today. I have not gotten a period yet. total wishful thinking but after 6 IUi's and a IVF with no eggs that developed to transfer, I am fairly certain I am not pregnant. However I usually have a short period at least. ? So do I start the BCP without a period at all? weird

    I've never been in your exact situation, but my REs have always required me to test, at least with an HPT, before moving on to any new meds. I would also call your nurses and make sure you should start without a period. GL.

    I'd call and ask.  For our DE cycle, I started BCP on a particular day after CD1 of the previous cycle.  I also want to wish you the best with this cycle!  This DE cycle feels so different to me -- unlike all of the previous cycles.  Hopefully that's a good thing.  GL and hugs!
