I like all three names a lot, but I voted for Miles.  I wouldn't like the two hard Cs in the FN and LN.  I think Miles Everett sounds great!

I voted for Nathan but Miles was a close second.  I'm not a Calvin fan and also find your other options more appealing than alliteration, all other things aside.

This for me too. I love both Miles and Calvin, but 2 of the most recent baby boys to be born in my circle have been named Calvin, so I give the edge to Miles. Plus I think it sounds ever so slightly better with Everett (also a great choice!). Nathan is just ok.
