That's 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. I am far more productive bumping and working at my desk than that stupid meeting. It seemed more an opportunity to socialize and go "oh, happy birthday" and eat and other stupid shiit than it was anything productive in any way. I wish I could just get the powerpoint and read through it myself instead. I really think these meetings should be management only - that way people who actually work, as opposed to managing the workers, could still get their work done.
