Hi Everyone!! I'm 40 yrs old, soon to be 41 (Oct 19) and 17 wks 3 days pregnant with my 3rd child. My two older children are 18 & 19 (soon to be 20)!! This has been an emotional roller coaster to say the least, but my other half is extremely excited! I have finally let the cat out of the bag at work so now most people know I am pregnant and are getting excited and pampering me and whatnot. One thing is for certain I am definitely more financially sound and more mature then when I had my first two. I'm so hoping for a boy (might find out today at my appointment). I love both of my children, but my daughter was H3LL to raise (lol). She gave me a lot of grief and early gray hair! I do love her. As a side note, she has two babies of her own, so they will have a younger aunt/uncle, so funny.
I'm glad to have found this forum and hope to share some fun (and maybe not so fun) times with all of you

Over-40 parents...what we lack in vigor, we make up for with cunning.
Congrats! I'm currently the mother of five girls. LOL... don't faint. It hasn't been bad at all. I'm blessed to have very easy going girls for the most part.
We are hoping this last baby is a boy - just for the variety! Good luck to you
