can't have my kids watching Caillou all day everyday. By the way, whats up with that little dude thats so enchanting to little kids.
What do you guys do inside that doesn't cost a lot of money and doesn't involve tv? Do you guys play games with your LO's, crafts, etc? My guys are 2.5.
TIA

Plastic bin filled with rice...DS likes to dig and use his trucks in it. Just put a sheet or something underneath because the rice doesn't like to stay in the box.
Crayons and stickers, too. Painting with pudding is on our list but haven't done it yet.
All of this sorta thing. We pull out pots and pans and bang on stuff.
Here's an awesome list of ideas I reference when I'm struggling to get creative:

This is my siggy. Love it.
Awesome suggestions, thanks so much! The family education link is especially great!
We have a membership to our Children's museum, which has a special area that's limited to toddlers under 36 months old. The price of the membership has totally paid off with the amount that we use it, even with DH and I both WOTH.
If we really just need to get out of the house we also take trips to the local Barnes and Noble, which has a train table in the kids section and a duplo table in the toy section. Our downtown library recently started a toddler yoga class and they also have a toddler storytime. Oh, and I think our B&N has a storytime as well.
