Bloating after miscarriage?

I had my D&C about 10 days ago now -- I am still REALLY bloated.  It gets worse at the end of the day.  How long does this last?  I can barely zip up my jeans and all of my work clothes are really uncomfortable.

Yeah I felt the same way. i put on like 5-7 lbs after my D&C. Not sure if it is bc of the hormones or what. I am now working out like crazy so I can lose the pounds.

YES!!!! And wicked constipated and totally broken out (and I never get zits!!)  I had mine on Aug 22nd.

I got extremely bad bloating where I couldn't stand straight! This maybe TMI but I also got really bad pains whenever I needed the toilet! Got badly constipated too! The way I got past it was laxatives (BUT I would be careful of this because it can give more pain than take it away) or perhaps FiberGel... Eat lots of fruit, drink some pure orange juice and plenty of water! If its really bothering you, call your doctor and see if they can recommend something for you. Hope

me too. I had to keep wearing my mat pants until about 4 days after and now (3 weeks) I am still a bit bloated and have a small bump moreso at the end of the day. I'm trying to carry my water bottles around to be sure I stay hydrated and eat well, even though I have no appetite at all.

I had bloating too...I went up 5lb but now it's been a week I'm back to normal except I still have cramps even tho I'm not bleeding anymore...I also am not very hungry...prob cuz I have too many things on my mind..;
