Help - gifts for 1st birthday (twins)

My nieces are turning 1. I'm kind of at a loss at what to get for their birthdays. They also have 2 big sisters (10 and 3) so it seems that their house is already filled to the brim with girl toys and clothing.

I was thinking of some keepsakes but all the keepsakes are geared towards the 1st year (such as baby books and such). Any ideas?? TIA!

I'm really anti-toy overload in theory but having 1 year old twins I find I'm thrilled for a new toy for the 5 minutes of peace and quiet it buys me...so I'd say toys would be okay.
