MSPI-what vitamins are you moms taking for yourself?

I have noticed that I am becoming very tired, very easily. I have been on the mspi diet now for two months and want to start taking a daily vitamin. What are you taking that is "safe" since I heard that some vitamins may  contain milk/soy.
