Can you develop a tolerance for pumping? I've noticed that I have had to increase the levels gradually since I've started. If I have it set on a lower setting, like when I originally started, it seems like not much is coming out; once I increase it, then suddenly more comes out.

Is that normal?

I think so because I'm having the same problem.
