Stroller X classes! FREE

I will be teaching a Stroller X class tomorrow at Town and Country in Wilder KY tomorrow at 10 am!  Your first class is free and after that it is just $5. ( THese classes are usually around $15 each!)

Stroller X is a full body workout with your baby in the stroller.  As long as you have been cleared from your doctor to be active again, you should be great.  My son is 19 months and I have been on this board ( and The Knot!!) lol forever!  I just thought I'd pass the great deal on to you all.
