Hi, First time posting on this board, looked for a newbie link or something like it, but didn't find one, so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here. Anyway, I am currently in our fourth month TTC . I stay in pretty good shape, but I think getting back into a regular program will help me focus on things other than TTC.
I did a round of Turbo Fire before my wedding and loved it. I have since done ChaLEAN extreme and a hybrid schedule of the two, but for the past two months, I have just been walking or running a doing random videos from The Firm.
Today I started day 1of Turbo Fire, ready to put in another full round and man, I forgot how kick butt these workouts are. Anyone else doing TF? Or, if you have in the past, interested in giving it another go?

Before I got pregnant with baby #2, I used to do Turbo Fire and ChaLean Extreme 5-6 times a week. I just started doing Turbo Fire again a few days ago and I can't believe how much I missed Chalene!
Try Jackie Warner's workouts, they are crazy hard and effective.
