Unfortunately, the ones that require multiple visits from the cops remain.  But still...it is a start...and Stella and I sat on the front steps last night watching them clear out.

And today, I met some new neighbors down the street.  A family with three young children - didn't meet the wife (she was at work), but apparently both husband and wife work at the science center...she designs the curriculum and he designs the exhibits.  Very cool.

Sounds like the new neighbors are cool!  Maybe the really trashy ones will follow suit and move next.

DH actually saw the owner of the duplexes at a bar last night.  He was going to talk to him about the places, but said he (the owner) was just smashed.  He's had a string of craptacular tenants since the ones we liked moved out a few years ago (3 years, I think).
