Advice on carriers

I need some advice/recommendations for a good carrier. Up until now, DD has been in a Moby. I love how comfortable it is and it was perfect when she was little. We used it a lot at home. DD is now 8 months old and the Moby can be a bit of a hassle in public.We also have a Seven sling but it is not my favorite.  I am looking for a more structured carrier that I can put her in when we are out and about that is easy to use. I am so overwhelmed by the choices and don't know what to look for exactly. Also, I am very petite so I need something that will fit my body type well. Any advice would be much appreciated!

My siggy link has lots of info on different options.  If you are very petite, you may find it difficult to find a buckle carrier that fits you well without going to the "boutique" hard to find brands.  A mei tai might be a good choice if you want something a bit faster than wrapping that will still tie to fit your frame.

I personally think the Boba 3G is the shizzle; it's easy and comfy like a mei tai, but has the convenience and adaptability of a buckle carrier. Plus it has stirrups to keep LO's feet and legs nicely positioned.

I'm using a Baby K'tan and I love it!

It is very similar to a Moby except it has way less fabric. So it's easier to put on.

Thank you ladies! I really like the idea of a Mei Tai. Now I just have to find one that I really like. The guide was very helpful.
