I would make an appointment to go in to my ob/gyn and have some blood work done to make sure I wasn't anemic or have an undiagnosed thyroid problem. I have a friend that she tried everything to increase milk supply, even prescriptions and nothing worked. Come to find out she was anemic. Once she got that taken care of her milk supply started to increase.
Have you tried using herbs? You will need to use them daily for long term to increase milk supply. Try Breastea from https://www.breastea.com it has worked great for me. I would still get some blood work done just to check.
