I had a Nissan to fix my GERD. Not the same but still abdominal surgery. I called my surgeon to find out how it will hold up during and after pregnancy. He said I will be fine. knock on wood so far he has been right. I would call your surgeon and ask. There really is no other alternative except not getting pregnant. GL!
