Nicknames

Have you guys "named" your growing LO yet? DH and I always come up with nicknames for the baby, so we aren't calling it "it" :) This baby has been named "Nugget" though DH pushed hard for "G-Unit" (our last name starts with G)

    Mickey.  Because it's gender-neutral, and I have a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal that I still sleep with (I know, I know) that I got when I was 8 years old.

    LOL I love this and it's so something my DH would come up with too.

     DH's dad always used to call him "Meatball" when he was little so we were thinking that, but I keep saying "Peanut" so that may stick. :)

    I think Dh dubbed the name 'bean'. He's been on a business trip this week and has been saying 'take care of my bean', etc... kinda cute. :)

    We called DD "Squishy" because I was watching Finding Nemo with our niece the day we found out. So in keeping with tradition DH thought we should call this one "Squirt".

    We call them (I've decided I will be having twins...lol) the "baby tunas". If you have ever seen the office, they call Jim "Big Tuna" DH's roommates were watching it with me and decided I should be called Big Tuna too, rather, BT...strange men...so yep, the baby tunas.

    We started calling it the parasite. It's terrible, but really still so fitting. Worse is we're not finding out the gender so thatll probably be it the whole pregnancy.

    We call it "baby"...really unique ;) I wonder if we will end up with more nicknames as time goes on, and we tell more people.

    DS was bean, so DH suggested lima for this one lol.  We've been calling him/her "squirt" though.

    I thought I was the only one! We don't call the baby that, but I have used it as a description when talking about how pregnancy works.
