I have picked up a wicked head cold. My daughter weighs 9 lbs at 13 Weeks. Any one have recs on otc meds? I know to stay away from Sudafed and menthol, and I have some reactions to vicks so I'm kind of stumped. Pedi is wary of herbals, so he just told me water, juice and rest for me, but I have to work so I'm hoping you ladies might have some advice. TIA

I use a nose spray like Dristan at night to breathe and sleep. Works wonders.
