This sentence made me LOL, this is so DD1 right now.
Kids are beautiful and majestic little human unicorns who are full of total bullshit and they need to be called on that.

I love it! And this part made me feel so much better:
you try to get to a place where you don't revolve around them but forgive yourself for the fact that itty bitty kids require an intense buy-in and you might not have a personality for the first year or two of their lives.
Awesome read! It's nice just read something for once that doesn't tell you that "you're doing it all wrong and your child will be damage for the rest of their lives because you didn't do the same thing as I did" routine.
Motherhood and parenting is flippin' hard! Definitely made my day a little brighter after reading. Thanks!
