Swing on or off?

For that have baby sleep in the swing, is it on or off?

Both, we start with it on and when the cycle is done I leave it off if he's still sleeping.

I keep it on, otherwise she wakes up. I do slow it down though once she's asleep.

He only naps in it throughout the day, but it's on and at the highest setting. I don't turn it down once he goes to sleep because when he starts waking up, the swaying usually puts him right back to sleep. He sleeps the longest stretches during the day in his swing!
