I love acupuncture. I always get an excellent nap. It made a huge difference in my symptoms/side effects when I was doing IVF cycles. They ask you lots of questions, including stuff about your bowels and whether you run hot or cold. They will look at your tongue. They might put little sticky things on you that they burn (it doesn't burn you though). I don't know why it works, but I certainly felt like it did.
