encouragement needed

im feeling pretty down lately. dd isnt eating or sleeping good all of a suden and it has me worried bc she isnt herself. we see pedi again on friday. shes been running a temp of 99.5-99.9 for thr past day or two   i cant figure out if shes teething or if its something else. just need some encouragement thst i am doing everything i can do for her.
