Please help! Sleep Problems!!!!

My son is 7 months old. He used to sleep through the night and fall asleep very easily. Recently, (for two weeks now) he has had trouble falling asleep and then wake up in the middle of the night. I am running out of ideas of what it could be. I have given him tylenol because I thought it could be teething (I don't see or feel anything). I have tried the patting technique but it seems to make him even more upset. We have a bedroom routine that we stick to every night. Could it be separation anxiety? ADVICE PLEASE!!!!

We have been going through the same thing for like a month now. I don't have a solution just wanted ou to know you're not alone. Good luck.

Thank you. It does feel good to know that I am not alone but stinks that we can't figure out the problem. I am thinking about calling the doctor to see if he has any recommendations. Good luck!
