Fix my Sig??

I am trying to add a pic of the U/S and it seems to be leaving a ton of space at the end of the sig. How can I fix this? I used tinypic to upload it and then used the code that states with <a>. I also tried the IMG code but it seems to be doing the same thing. Any suggestions?
