Our Daughters Arrival

Hi Guys!

A few days late. Our daughter Kinsley arrived Saturday 8/25/12.  She was 8 pounds 15 ounces and had to be delivered by C-Section. It was a bit stressful during labor then a last minute choice to do a C-Section. She was to big to deliver naturally. We love her cute cheeks and she is doing well.  We are very grateful for a healthy baby girl.

Congrats!  I know what you mean about kids being too big to deliver.  The OB practice didn't want to c-section my wife even though we were asking for one for months beforehand.  Our son was born at 10 lb 1 oz and we did talk them into the c-section before delivery day fortunately.

That is just wonderful, man, but sorry about the c-section. A healthy baby is all we can ask for, so I could not be happier for you.

Kinsley and my boy, Jacob, were born on the same day.  Really, really cool!!! 

Love your daughter's name, and again, I am so glad that she is healthy and happy.

We are two weeks in now....

Jacob is doing great! Starting to develop a routine, so life is getting easier and easier each day. I started back at work today, so this morning it was a little hard leaving the squirt. But everything has been really smooth so far.

How is Kinsley??  Have you put her down yet??

Kinsley's great! How is Jacob? I know they were born on the same day.  I have had plenty of time to bond and put her down. I am quite the diapering dad. Going back to work was hard. My wife was texting me pictures. Great feeling isn't it? Good luck with Jacob man!
