CPW: Belly Touching

The only person that touches my belly is FI. Anytime someone else does, whether its my mother or another family member or friend I get this weird anxiety feeling and I just want them to stop.

So my question is this: Do you like to get your belly rubbed or would you prefer not to be touched at all(except by your SO)?

I voted "Friends and family don't bother me." which is true. But, when my MIL talks to the baby, I get a little uncomfortable. She leans over my belly and starts out "This is your Nanna speaking..." Hahaha!

 FI's sister used to do that to me and I hated it. Felt like she was talking to my crotch...all set with that!

I chose SS because, for some reason, my co-workers touching my belly doesn't bother me....but yet, family touching it creeps me out (other than DH).

I'm OK with friends and family briefly touching my belly.  It's when they take a bit too long that it becomes a bit uncomfortable for me.  I have this really outgoing, kind of crazy friend who always touches my belly and she even went as far as to quickly kiss my belly last week... and she was all like "aaaahhh baby!!" and jumping up and down. The kiss was a little strange

Of course, I don't mind DH touching my belly at all.

MIL did this at BIL's wedding a few weeks ago and I was not a fan. I felt like I'd officially been demoted from dear daughter-in-law to human-incubator-of-grandson. Not cool.

S/S because I don't really invite people to touch me, but if they want to it doesn't upset me.  I haven't had a complete stranger touch me yet.  I might not be so cool with that?  Depends on the situation probably.  I had passengers touch me a couple of times when I was still working, but they always meant well.

Only DH. I think I must give off some kind of "back the eff up" vibe because no one else has tried to touch the belly or asked to. No one has said I'm huge either...or any of the other comments people here complain about. I think I must be a huge biotch lol

I've only had family touch my belly so far (the most was this weekend when we went to visit hubbys grandmother and his aunt). I think I just give off this don't touch me vibe period (especially to the hugers out there.. umm.. here's my hand, don't come any closer .

All my dance and gymnastics students just randomly come grab itI just think it's sweet, even though some of them are 17 years old. My bosses daughter is 13 and pulled my shirt up one day in the office. That was a step too far..

I came to visit my mom last month and she lives in the apartment complex that my bf and I met at. ALL the effing girls in these apartments have/had a crush on him. I walked past this girl who threw herself at him in the past and she starts rubbing my belly and asking me how far I am. So uncomfortable. If we don't like each other, DON'T TOUCH ME!

I voted SS. I generally don't mind friends and family, but some family members really bother me. My Great Aunt always touches it and I just want her to get off me and stop accosting my child. I think there are just certain people who can do it and it's ok, but it doesn't really follow a sensible pattern.

I am ok with DH touching my belly and my MIL but that is it. I don't feel comfortable with DH's grandmother, sister, or brother touching me. I don't let my mom touch the belly.  I have let my friend who has been trying to get pregnant for years rub the belly, we joke and say I am going to give her the baby mojo.

I usually don't mind, but my own mother always lifts up my shirt and "pats" my stomach - it hurts!

DD and DH are the only ones with "unlimited access" to touching the bump.  As a general rule, I don't like others to touch my belly.  However, I allow my aunt and DH's grandmother to touch.  My aunt never had her own kids and I'm the closest thing she has to a daughter.  I'm pretty sure she'd want to be in the delivery room if she could.  And DH's Nana is the cutest thing on the planet, so she's allowed.

I don't really care but also haven't had complete strangers try to touch me sssooooo.... my grandma has been a little weird because its like she's going to smack me (lightly but still) She's almost 90 so we ignore alot of odd things she does though.
