The Lone Femara Pill

This cycle I am taking letrozole/femara along with the stims. When they sent me my meds, they sent an extra letrozole pill. I can't imagine it would do anyone much good to have a single pill, but it seems wasteful to throw it out.

What should I do with this single pill? Donate it? Throw it out?
